Payment and cancellation
25% deposit on booking confirmation and 75% no later than six weeks before departure. For bookings within six weeks, the full amount is due immediately.
Talk it through
Because of the time difference, we usually arrange calls for the evening in the Netherlands. We can use Microsoft Teams, FaceTime, Google Meet or WhatsApp video. We will agree on whichever works best for you.
Booking through a travel agency
If you prefer, you can book through a travel agency in the Netherlands. This can be particularly useful for a complete self-drive trip, including accommodation, a rental car and activities. We can discuss that option beforehand; you can also contact me directly.
