How much does a golf trip to Canada cost?

For the group trip from 19 September to 3 October 2027: From CAD 7,000 per person. Car hire and standard accommodation are included. Your full travel budget also needs to cover flights, insurance, personal spending and any additional choices.

Starting price versus your full travel budget

A starting price helps you assess the trip, but is not automatically your final spend. Group and independent travel have different inclusions. Accommodation, room arrangements and vehicle choices also affect the proposal.

Plan two amounts: the quoted trip price for your chosen travel option and the additional budget for everything outside it. The advertised price is in Canadian dollars. Any amount in euros depends on exchange rates and payment terms; we do not quote a fixed euro equivalent here.

Value within your budget

We aim for the best possible value within the agreed budget. We choose accommodation, golf courses and extra activities together, based on your preferences and availability.

A possible adjusted price for non-golfers is discussed on request.

What is in the group offer?

The current trip description includes car hire, standard accommodation, Theo as your guide and seven golf courses with tee times within the agreed budget. Seven restaurant meals and seven shared cooking evenings apply only to the shared group programme.

These meals are not included when travelling independently. A higher hotel or vehicle class, extra rounds and other activities affect your total. Your final quote should make clear which services apply to your travel arrangement.

Which additional costs should you plan for?

Allow room in your budget for items excluded from the trip price. Personal choices matter: business-class flights or additional rounds need a different budget from a simpler arrangement.

  • Flights and any golf-bag transport charges.
  • Travel documents, travel insurance and cancellation insurance.
  • Alcohol, any single-room supplement and golf equipment hire.
  • Extra activities, additional golf rounds and hotel or vehicle upgrades.

What details should the quote explain?

Ask about the conditions behind each item, rather than just the final amount. With car hire, clarify drivers, fuel, parking, insurance and any excess. Ask which costs are included in your particular offer.

For golf, confirm whether carts, club hire and other course extras are included or charged separately. For accommodation, clarify room arrangements, meals and supplements. These are questions to resolve, rather than extra inclusions promised on this page.

  • Which travel option, accommodation and vehicle class are quoted?
  • Which rounds, tee times and meal arrangements are covered?
  • Which taxes, supplements and personal costs remain?
  • What are the payment and cancellation conditions?

How do group and independent travel compare?

Compare proposals using the same trip length, room arrangements, vehicle, number of rounds and meals. The group programme has meal inclusions that independent travel does not. Independent travel gives you control over your day, but also requires a separate budget for those items.

Consider which arrangement fits your companions and what you want to organise yourselves. Your preferences are more useful for a realistic quote than a generic average price for golf holidays.

Request a proposal for your group

Share traveller numbers, room arrangements, golf experience, preferred number of rounds and accommodation choices. Mention who will drive and whether you are bringing clubs. Theo can discuss suitable arrangements and identify what still needs confirmation.

Discuss your golf trip

Tell Theo how many people are travelling, how much golf you want to play and your accommodation preferences. We can then discuss the options and a suitable proposal.
